Description:

The resources available in the Lloyd app range from simple management of outstanding bills to opening building doors using the integrations within the app. All with the same login and password, receiving pushes for more important matters, online access in real-time.

With the LLOYD app, living in a condominium is much more peaceful.

Features (vary according to the enabled plan):

 <li>Complete registration of residents, their vehicles, pets, and other unit occupants;</li>
 <li>Communication between the administrator and residents with pending control, discussion groups, lost and found, notices, maintenance, etc. (with moderation);</li>
 <li>Reservations in the party room, moving schedules, and other agendas;</li>
 <li>Access to the regulations and other condominium documents;</li>
 <li>Monthly fee bills - interactive month-to-month financial statements with attachments of receipts and online approval of the folder;</li>
 <li>View of expense evolution per account and account group (Expenses on water, electricity, contracts, maintenance, etc.);</li>
 <li>Budget versus actual comparison (graphs and details);</li>
 <li>Delinquency view (reports and graphs);</li>
 <li>Management of contracts with third parties;</li>
 <li>Management of preventive and periodic maintenance;</li>
 <li>Management and communication of fines and warnings with a right to appeal;</li>
 <li>View of the list of employees and condominium management board;</li>
 <li>Supplier and service provider registration;</li>
 <li>Access to human resources data (payroll, vacation schedule, projections);</li>
 <li>Control of visitor entry and exit;</li>
 <li>Authorization for visitor entry;</li>
 <li>Access to security cameras;</li>
 <li>Arrival and pick-up notices for packages;</li>
 <li>Recording and publication of water and gas meter readings;</li>
 <li>Integration with remote concierge systems, access control, automation, and much more.</li>
